Shipping Policy

Free Delivery Across India

Delivery is free on every order to any serviceable address in India, with no minimum order value. The delivery charge at checkout is ₹0. We do not accept international orders.

Courier partners

We ship orders across India through delivery partners such as Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post Speed Post. The courier is selected based on the delivery location and service availability. Not every courier serves every PIN code.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Dispatch: usually within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed (online orders) or of the order being placed (Cash on Delivery).
• Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

These are normal estimates, not guaranteed dates. Public holidays, weather and remote locations can add time. If your order is running late, contact us and we will check with the courier.

Payment options

Pay online at checkout with Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking) at no extra charge. Where our courier can collect cash at your PIN code, you can instead choose Cash on Delivery for an additional ₹99 handling fee per order. The fee is shown at checkout before you place the order; it is not a delivery charge, and delivery stays free. If Cash on Delivery is not shown at checkout, it is not available for that address.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order status in My Account or on our Track Your Order page, and follow the parcel on the courier’s own website.

Address and delivery attempts

Please check that your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a delivery attempt fails or you cannot be reached, the courier re-attempts as per their policy. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund of any online payment.
