Track Your Order

Check the latest available status of your Chemmus & Chuppas order using the order number and the billing email address entered at checkout. Both details must match the order.

How to track your order

• Find your order number. Check the order confirmation you received after checkout. The order number is different from a payment reference or a courier tracking number.
• Enter the billing email. Use the same email address associated with the order, even if you normally use a different email account.
• Select Track order. The order status shown is the most recent information recorded by the store. A courier tracking update may arrive separately after dispatch.

If you cannot find your order

First check your inbox and spam or promotions folder for the order confirmation. If the tracking form does not recognize your details, double-check the spelling of your email address and the order number. The form cannot verify an order without the email used at checkout.
