Terms & Conditions

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not limit any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown at checkout before you order. Delivery within India is free. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or an address cannot be served; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking) with no extra charge. Where available for your PIN code, you can choose Cash on Delivery for an additional ₹99 handling fee per order, shown separately at checkout. An online order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. A Cash on Delivery order is confirmed when it is placed and is paid in cash to the courier on delivery. Please pay the courier only the amount shown in your order confirmation.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Cosmetic results vary from person to person. For external use only: read the directions and warnings, and patch-test before first use.

Cancellations, returns and delivery

You may cancel an order at no charge before it is dispatched. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items, refunds and the Cash on Delivery fee are covered by our Returns & Replacement Policy. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.
